Shipping & Returns Policy

Free delivery on all orders across Pakistan. Orders received before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4:00 PM are dispatched the next working day. Returns & Refund Policy
At Trendup, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you face any issue with your order, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Return Process
All return requests must be approved by our support team before sending the item back. The item must be returned to our warehouse for inspection. Once the returned item is received and checked at our warehouse, a refund or replacement will be processed. Replacement requests also require the item to be returned.

Return Shipping & Deductions
Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer, as the order has already been delivered. A Rs. 250 deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover delivery and handling charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 2–4 working days after warehouse inspection. Refund method will be confirmed by our support team during the return process.
